When you call to set up an appointment for a free estimate with our Sales Manager, Casey Coleman, we will work around your schedule! Casey will come out to your home and measure square footage of your home as well as size and number of windows, return size, and check over ductwork to see if everything meets North Carolina Codes. With these measurements, Casey will than generate a load calculation that he will go over with you to make sure you understand what the calculation is for your home. Every home is different and the load calculation ensures the proper size equipment to accomplish your in-home comfort.
When the appointment is over, Casey will than create a quote that will have several options on it. He will make sure you get what you want and what you need. He will also give you a second opinion on quotes from other companies. The installation services provided by our company include new systems, both gas and electric, new construction installations, sealed duct systems, blown- in insulation, heat pumps, package units, straight A/C units and mini splits. We pride ourselves in being the premier AMANA dealer in Wilmington. The Amana line is the ONLY equipment that comes with a LIFETIME replacement on the outdoor unit if a failure occurs. Our install crews treat your house like it is their own by wearing booties, placing drop clothes and carefully moving equipment so that there is no damage to your home.

Our service department is a dedicated, well trained, and courteous group that treats each customer like they are the only one. There are many HVAC companies in the Wilmington and surrounding areas, therefore the only thing that sets up apart is how we approach our service calls. Our technicians work tirelessly to find whatever issue is causing your system to not function properly and repair/replace it. They are trained to work with all types of equipment with regard to warranty information in an attempt to save you money.
Our service techs will come to your home in uniform and in a company truck for your safety. You will be notified by the dispatch office or the tech that they are on the way to your home. The trip/diagnostic charge is 80.00 and that allows them to go through the system and determine the issue(s). If there is going to be an additional cost, the tech will give you a price to repair/replace so you have no surprises. They can address your questions/concerns with regard to the age, condition and overall health of your HVAC system.
If it is determined that the unit needs to be replaced or there is a major cost to repair/replace, this $80.00 will be credited against that cost.
